Photograph a stained glass window with Powershot S110

I must photograph details of a stained glass window from the inside with a Canon S110. The windows are rather high. I don't have time to learn the user manual because the task is very urgent.

 

Can someone suggest settings (on the auto-P-TV-AV-etc ring) and on the "FUNC.SET" button? I assume I should turn off "digital zoom"?

 

Sorry for the urgency and my ignorance.

Yes, turn off digital zoom.

P mode should work fine, just make sure to chimp and review the images as you go.

 

It is impossible for us to give exposure tips since we don't know how much light will come through the window.

 

When you review the images, hit the DISP button until the histogram shows up. Make sure that the histograms are spread out in the middle and not bunched to one side or the other:
