How do I reset the File Numbering on a Powershot N?

I cannot find any option to do so in the cameras menus nor in the CameraWindow application as suggested in another forum feed. Formatting the memory card does not accomplish this even when performing a Low Level Format.

I believe the only way to do that might be a "Reset All" in the settings menu.

Maybe it won't reset till you hit 9999.
