Canon Sx50 problem with Dial mode

Hi friends,i have a problem with my SX50,the Dial Mode don`t work and im in Auto mode-can`t change any other mode?!Any have same problem?

The top dial, with TV, Av, Auto, etc?

Does it turn and nothing happens, or is it physically stuck and won't turn?

Yea the top dial,and not stuck,just turn on but not change modes...just auto mode

I have the SX50 and have not had any problems. If your camera is under warranty I suggest you contact Canon it looks like your dial is messed up.

In the meantime you can try doing a reset to defaults thru the settings menu and if that doesnt help remove the battery and hold the power switch to the on position for at least 45 seconds.

I try it but not change,maybe must go to service center
