Hi, can anyone help me with the settings for the Powershot sx260 hs. What is best for shooting a basketball game. Have it on "auto" & 99% of the pics come out blurry. Is there an optimal setting for motion/sports? Any suggestions-greatly appreciated. My son's giving me the evil eye!

Hi Danthoni,
There are a couple of ways to combat this.
I recommend choosing the "Program mode to start. This mode is still fully automatic, but allows you to choose the way that the camera determines exposure. Once in the Program mode, you may make your camera more sensitive to light by increasing the ISO, as shown on page 118 of the manual for your camera.
It's important to choose an ISO setting that's fast enough to get the shot you're after, but not too high, since this may produce grainy image,
