why my canon mf642c/643c/644c printer printing black shades?

Hi I am using canon mf642c/643c/644c printer at my office, as i print any document I am getting some black shade on the A4 sheet as you can see in the above picture.i tried cleaning the fixed assembly ITB from the machine but the results are same, 

all other colours are printing fine but black is printing like this, and all the toners are having 60% life,

please suggest something so that i can get rid of this,

It looks like the fixing assembly needs to be cleaned. You can try cleaning the fixing assembly 2 times to see if the print improves. You can also try reloading the black toner and checking for any toner powder that might be inside of the printer that you can wipe up with a damp cloth.
