imageCLASS MF654Cdw "Load Paper" message every time I print

Good morning.  Every time I print I get a prompt saying "load paper".  As soon as I touch the tray icon on the display the print proceeds.  Is there a way to avoid this? I am just using standard paper printing standard documents.
