I have a mf642cdw Color Image laser printer.
Recently it has been making a "clunk"ing noise when "grabbing" the paper.
When a print job is sent, the machine will "whirl-up" make a loud "clunk" then redo.
Most times it prints after this.
Other times it gets into a loop, whirl, clunk....whirl...Clunk... Over and over then errors out.
It sounds like it is coming from the back of the machine.
What am I missing? what could this be? what should I do first to start to figure this out?
