Hello all!
I'm here to ask for help on my imageCLASS MF642cdw printer/scanner/copier. I started to make a copy this morning and the breaker immediately shorted on warmup. I changed the power cord and it shorted again. I then went to a different breaker in the house using an extension cord, and it shorted that breaker. So I'm fairly confident that the issue is something in the printer itself and not with the power cord or outlet in my office.
Does anyone have any thoughts on this? Is it something that can be repaired or is it time for a new printer? It was still working perfectly prior to this morning. The printer is about five years old. Thanks for any help.
