I am trying to print on a 4x6 card. I am using Microsoft word. I have setup word so that the page is 4x6. On the printer I have created a new paper size of 4x6. when I print I get an error of size mismatch. It prints nothing that I have written and just covers half the card in black toner. Can somebody please tell me what I am doing wrong?
