maxify MB2020 How do I send a fax?

Everything I can find in the knowledge base seems so complex. I want to send a fax using my Maxify MB2020. I only have a mobile phone -- no physical phone line. I am using a MacBook Pro running Tahoe 26.2. The laptop does not have phone capabilties.   

#1 can I send a fax? Y/N?

#2 If yes, could someone tell me the steps in simple sentences?

The printer requires a land line to fax. You can use an online fax service, scan your document to your device and then send it. 

• Internet Connection: You need a computer or device with internet access.
• Online Fax Service: Sign up for a service like Fax.Plus or Fax.Live.
