imageCLASS MF753Cdw II Spots down left side of page even with new toner

Need certified technician for MF753Cdw II

I purchased an ImageClass MF753Cdw II 3 months ago. After 300 prints, now showing black dirt spots in a vertical manner down the left side letter side pages. I called online support at Canon and after doing maintenance, the technician felt it was a dirty black toner. Canon sent me new one. I installed it and the streak is more pronounced. The printer is heavy. Can anyone recommend a certified Canon technician that can work on my unit under warranty or paid? I am in the Los Angeles, CA area @ 90277.

Greetings,

Your printer has a 3-year warranty.  Support doesn't stop after they send you a replacement toner.  You need to contact support again and let them know the replacement toner did not. resolve the problem. I realize being down is inconvenient.  I have two Canon lasers that are absolutely wonderful.  Canon stands behind what they sell.

Your printer has a 3-year warranty.  Support doesn't stop after they send you a replacement toner.  You need to contact support again and let them know the replacement toner did not. resolve the problem. Thanks Rick, spoke to another Canon tech after doing in printer tests and she says Canon will ship replacement unit, claims something in printer is doing damage to the toner roller causing the row of black marks. Since new and under warranty, I will have to remove toner from mine and put it into the replacement printer and run tests everything good before boxing and shipping mine via FedEx with supplied RMA number. Thanks for your feedback.

Glad to hear it.  Small amount of inconvenience, but a positive outcome.  I'm sure the replacement will be great.
