imageclass mf743cdw Loud clunking noise and shaking when printing

I have run all of the cleaning utilites which stops the loud roller noise for a couple of days and then the unit starts making this very loud noise again.  Every time it makes the noise, I run the cleaning utilities and it stops for a short time.

If the printer is making loud clunking noises, it will usually point to a jam or a problem with the hardware.
