Hi, I have the Printer MF8280CW.
I'm generating pdf files with custom width and height. I also have an unusual piece of paper (H: 8.5', W: 3.3')
I want to print on that paper. However it seems like the printer is trying to cover a full normal sized paper so it prints me 4 times (4 different quadrants using that piece of paper).
I just want to print once on that smaller paper size (and worst case what doesn't fit can be rejected). I don't want it to print 4 times for every pdf page. I can't seem to do it no matter what settings I use. Does anyone have any ideas?

Hello SergN,
The page layout and the setting for the number of copies will change how many times the file will print and how it is arranged on the paper. These settings will appear in the print window on your computer. So, we can assist further we would need some additional information. If you can reply to this post with the operating system that is on the computer that you are printing from and the program you are using, we will be able to assist further. For a more immediate resolution or to have someone walk you through the settings, you can contact support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666.
