We are trying to print a design that has grey boxes behind text. No matter what setting, PDF or PNG, etc. The grey boxes will not print. Regardless of the program used. Any suggestions?

Greetings,
If the doc is not confidential or proprietary, please post a link to it and I will troubleshoot on my 656.

Greetings,
I get the gray boxes behind each property and testimonial. I printed from Microsoft Edge. You did a very nice job on the flyer.
Let me dig through the driver. Its probably in there.

Greetings,
Do you have the full featured Canon Drivers installed? Look for an option to enable printing background colors or images in the printer driver. I believe its under Print Options.

Did you find a solution for this? I have an MF8380CDW that also doesn't print grey boxes from my Mac - no matter what I do with settings or which app I use. I have the latest driver from Canon for my Mac too (10.11.13). Note that if I print the same document from Windows (running in Parallels on my Mac), it DOES print the gray background. So, it seems to be an issue with the Mac driver.
