Unable to find LBpb030w when installing

Trying to install this printer brand-new.  Neither my system or using the installer will locate the printer.  I've tried it with the USB, and have done all the troubleshooting it directed me to (restarting, unplugging, turn off/on, etc.).  I've never had trouble installing a printer before.  Please advise!

So that the Community can help you better, we need to double-check your printer's model number.  While we haven't made a printer called "LBpb030w," we have made a printer called the imageCLASS LBP6030w.  The font we chose there has a 6 that some might mistake for a lowercase B.  Could you please see if that's what's written on your printer?

Hi, yes, it is the LBP6030w, my apologies.

I believe I figured out the issue. I removed a canon driver from the device manager and rebooted and that seemed to do the trick.  Thank you!
