imageCLASS MF741Cdw Colors Washed Out, Cannot Calibrate Colors

We have multiple Canon 741C printers.  All with genuine Canon toner installed.

We recently started having issues where color documents that are printed have light / washed out colors.  Reds are almost pink, dark greens are light.  It's all colors.

Have tried the calibration options but always receive a message that it failed.  It's on both printers and this issue started about a month ago.   Both printers are connected to Apple MAC devices via a network.  Printers are connected via Ethernet.

Any suggestions

If the color is faded and you are unable to perform the calibration, it looks like a problem with the hardware or a problem with the information coming from the toner cartridges.
