Looking for help. The lines are solid and extend from top to bottom in the same place with every print. We use the printer only for printing ... not copying or scanning. I tried the ITB clean and the fixer assembly scan. The lines become faint after the maintenance but then they return just as dark after a few prints. The lines are within the same width band on each side of the print .. almost an inch wide.
Appreciate your help!

Sorry ... It's the ImageCLASS series MF642CDW ... Black streaks continue despite having bought a new toner cartridge and repeated attempts at cleaning the fixer assembly and ITB.
