My grandparents have a Canon imageclass mf642cdw printer and am struggling to fix a printing issue. Printer is connected by usb to the computer, scans/copies/prints from a usb drive perfectly fine. The issue is that the printer does not print directly from the computer. In the device properties, you can see that the documents go to the print queue, but when looking at the job list of the printer screen, documents do not show up nor print. Not even test prints go through. Troubleshooting reports no issues as well. If anyone has any idea to fix this issue, it would be much appreciated.
(P.S. I have already tried to update the printing drivers, delete and redownload the drivers from scratch, and update the firmware of the printer itself, all to no avail.)
