imageCLASS MF642Cdw Paper jam

I'm struggling to get my MF642Cdw to print. I hear the movements of wanting to print, but then it stops and says remove paper jam and I don't see any paper jams.  I've checked in the back and in the front for paper jams and still don't see anything.  It will not print a test page either.
