ImageCLASS MF273dw Light Gray Adapter

Ordered a ImageCLASS MF273dw printer recently, and included in the box was a light gray plastic adapter, which appears to be for envelope printing. But I can't seem to figure out where or how it mounts. Also don't seem to see any instruction on its installation or use in the manual.

Any suggestions on where and/or how exactly it mounts/works?

Sure! Here is a picture of the adapter. It is ~6" wide and ~4" deep.
