I installed new Canon 054H (color and black) toner cartridges. Now the color printing is not correct. 

I am unsure if it is a printer issue, or a toner cartridge issue. Please help, is there a product support email that I can reach out to?

thank you for your recommendations,I performed the cleaning steps as recommended with no change to print quality.

Are there further steps that I can try?
Could the toner cartridges be faulty?
