Im getting lines whenever I scan. Copying does not cause the same line. I have tried to update firmware but it states it is already up to date.

After some more test this only happens when scanning in color. Tested in windows 10, 11, and android

Some items might cause an error or put lines in it if there are designed with security elements. Sometimes they will scan in black and white.

1.Are you only running into the issue with specific certificates or documents?
2.Do you get any specific errors when you try to scan in color?
