I have Imageclass MF641cw, when ever the printer turns on it trips the power. I have tried to contact the support @ 1800-652-2666 but no one answers for past 60 mins I am on the line. Does anyone else have same issue with the printer?

If the power trips when the printer is plugged in I would suggest contacting support and staying on the line. This is not something that is seen often. We would be happy to assist, but we would need some additional information to assist further. 1. is the cord plugged directly into the wall or is it in a power strip/extension cord?
2. Are you using the printer in a residence or where are you trying to use the printer?
