Picture says it all. I've tried Cleaning Fixing Assembly and the ITB and replaced the toner... still having this issue.

Hello, 

The image looks like the toner cartridges are leaking or toner has spilled in the printer. It does look like the printer needs service. You can try removing the toner cartridges and cleaning the spilled toner inside of the printer. You will probably need to perform several cleanings of the ITB and fixing assembly.
