I have a client with a MF451 DW printer. Her printer is saying Out of Paper. The default is Drawer 1, LTR, Plain 2. She has plugged her laptop into the printer using the USB cable. Originally she was printing wirelessly but the network where she lives now is not great. We have tried reloading the paper, checking the printer settings etc. The document is sent to the printer but it continues to read OUT OF PAPER.
Her printer is out of warranty so any ideas or has anyone else had this problem with this Image Class printer?

Hello,
If the paper drawer is set to plain paper 2, you can try changing the paper setting on the printer to letter plain paper 1 to see if it will print. You can also check the print window on the computer to see if the paper type matches what is set on the printer.
