imageCLASS MF634Cdw Book Scanning Option Causes Blur

Having an issue with the feed scanner.  When I choose the "book" option on the scanner, every other page has this blur to the right of it.  Ive done a few things like rebooting, but nothing seems to work.  I'm attaching an example.

Any help would be greatly appreciated....

1. What version of the Mac or Windows operating system are you using on your computer?
2. Do you run into the same problem when you try to make a copy from the ADF?
3. Do you run into the same issue when you try to scan without the book option on the display?
