imageCLASS MF4770n I can print but not copy

Hello, I have a  Canon Image Class MF 4770N all-in-one printer. After fixing a paper jam, it copied a few pages. Also I got a "Low Toner Cartridge" message. Later, I tried to copy. It started to get ready to copy but then stopped, and got a "Turn the main power off and on...W301-0001" message. I did turn power on /off a few times. No help. It prints fine though. Any suggestions? Is this because I need to replace the toner cartridge? Thank you, Mike

Because the unit can print, it knows that there is no paper jam. Because it affects a single function, I would reach out to Canon Customer Support for further investigation. 🤔
