imageCLASS MF465dw scans handwritten items poorly

Just started making poor image of scanned material, especially any handwritten items, such as signatures.  Copier is only a few months old

If the 465 is similar to my 743, there are some options for optimizing the performance of the unit. Can you check the control panel to see what is available and try running them to see if they help. A quick clean of the glass bed might be worth the time.

Do printouts look ok, or are they also affected? 🤔
