imageCLASS MF465dw Trouble setting up scan to email function

I have recently purchased an imageCLASS MF465dw and am having trouble using the scanner function.

When I attempt to do so, I'm met with the following error message:

However, I am the system manager and am stumped.

Can someone assist with this please?

Hi there!

The unit is telling you it doesn't know what to do with your scanned documents. Take a look at THIS page so you can tell the machine where to send the documents.

@JustinSmithPPC.  The link in Stephen's reply above references the information needed for email configuration. 

The individual settings vary by email provider.  M365, Gmail, Comcast, Yahoo, etc.  If you tell us which email provider you're using, I can probably help with the information that is needed.
