I am trying to setup my new printer. After plugging it in and turning it on, the operation panel never turns on. The printer seems to go through its warmup process, but no operation panel, please help!

I would reach out to Canon Customer Support. The display could be bad, or a connecting cable is either loose or disconnected. The unit will likely need to be sent out for repairs.

Hello Dmassat,
You can try unplugging the printer from the power and then pressing the power button 10 times while the printer is unplugged. After that, you can plug the printer into a different power source and you can try turning it on. If that does not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service. You can contact support at 1-800-652-2666 or you can Log into you MyCanon account to check your service options.
