Need some help and tech support number won't let me get past the "give us the full name of your product" even after trying 4 times on separate days.
Brand new dell desktop running win 11, new imageclass printer. Trying to set up and USB connection won't go through. I did the latest 11 update with the fix for USB but still having same issue. Any help or do i need to just take this thing out in the backyard and office space it?

If you can't get through to support by saying "MF236N," hit zero, then zero again to get to a call director, and they'll get you over to the correct team.
