imageCLASS MF3010 Printer Error "E02"

Hi, 

I bought a imageCLASS MF 3010 Printer. IT worked well approx 6 months but one day it started to give Error "E02" and stopped printing. Now printer has become worthless as it is unable to print and scan. We changed the CCD Unit and it started working but approx after one month it again started to give the same error. Due to high cost of CCD unit i am unable to change it again.

Please tell me is there any way to bypass the Scanner so that only Print function work as I don't need scanner function at all.

It does look like the scanner needs service. Unfortunately, you would not be able to disable the scanner portion of the MF3010. You can try contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. They would be happy to check the hardware to see what is going and can provide any available service options.
