PIXMA TR4520 won't connect to new Wi-Fi

I have a new wifi network and I am trying to set up the printer. I go to manual wifi set up and it searches for the wifi name. Usually at this point, if it doesn't connect it will give me the prompt to enter the password but it just keeps trying to connect and I cannot get the prompt to enter the password. I have turned everything off and on multiple times
