I have a new MF273 and and 2020 iMac running Ventura. I have connected the printer via WiFi and its working fine. However, the scanner is not recognized by either of the Canon software apps. When I run MF Toolbox it tells me there are no scanners. I've uninstalled and reinstalled the programs and tried connecting the printer to the computer with a USB cable. No luck.

Hello,
The MF273dw will use our MF scan utility instead of the MF toolbox. That scanner program would work with older model scanners. In this situation, you can download and install the Scanner Driver & Utilities for Mac V2.15.17 from our site and double click or open the file when the download is complete to start the install. Once it has been installed, you will find the MFscan utility in your applications folder under Canon Utilities.
