imageCLASS MF269dw No toner on paper, loose part found inside

I'm having an issue where my imageclass mf269dw isn't applying the toner to the page.  When I took the toner cartridge out there was a small plastic part (picture below) laying in the printer.  Does anyone know if that is from the toner catridge or from the printer?
