I have an ImageClass mf264dw. the laser cartridge needed replacing.I'm trying to install a CF230A CARTRIDGE 051.
I try to install it, it slides in completely and easily., with a click. Yet the printer tells me "ERROR Install drum cartridge. "Why? What am I doing wrong?
