Hi there 

I have a canon printer LBP 623 cdw and I put a toner to the cartrige after is finished the ink.  but when I try to print its just print yellow and black only. 

where is the problem?

If cyan and magenta are not printing, it will point to a problem with the toner cartridges or the way they are seated. If they were just loaded, you can try removing the toner cartridges and checking if all packing material has been removed and gently shaking the toner to make sure the toner powder is evenly distributed. If that does not resolve the issue, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to help.
