problem with my printing

Hi there I have a canon printer LBP 623 cdw and I put a toner to the cartrige after is finished the ink. but when I try to print its just print yellow and black only. where is the problem?

thanks for replying me1.no there is no error message 2., my operating sys is Win 103. I connect through wifi.
