LBP623Cdw with Windows operating system 11
I read that the IPP drivers windows automatically installs can lead to problems recognizing the paper, a problem which I'm having. I deleted the IPP drivers and I am trying to install Canon drivers. I used the link. http://global.canon/en/support/
There are 9 drivers. I chose the most recent one to download. It will not recognize my printer on the network even when I tell it to turn on sleeping printers or wake the printer manually. Therefore I cannot continue the setup of the printer.
How do I make this work?

I have the exact same problem with the MF650CDW drivers. BTW, what are the IPP drivers? Where do I get those?

Hello,
If you are using Windows 11, you can try download in and installing our Generic Plus UFR II printer driver version 3.20 from our Canon support site using the link HERE. If you continue to have issue with printer detection, I suggest contacting support over the phone at 1-800-652-2666. Our agents would be happy to assist.
