I bought my wife a Color imageCLASS LBP622Cdw a little over a year ago. Now you can hear this crunching of paper as it is printing and a vertical crease/wrinkle through the center of the paper. I stopped it mid print and and didn't see any creases after the transfer belt. I did see the crease on the part sticking out of the printer. My best guess is the fuser is defective. Looking for suggestions. Thank you

Hello Tenglis,
If you see a crease on prints that are coming out of the printer, it will usually point a problem with the fixing assembly. There could be jammed paper or obstructions in it or it is dirty. If cleaning the fixing assembly three times does not resolve or improve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service.
