Model # LBP622C/623C UFR II

I ran the printer yesterday to print, but I got a message called Paper Jam, so I checked the printer and it was stuck, so I took it out and tried to print it again, but I keep getting a message called Paper Jam.
So, I turned off the printer, took out the paper tray, opened the printer all to see if it was good or not, but there was no paper.
So, I checked if there was anything wrong with the maintain function, and the paper came out properly at that time.
I want to know why I keep getting these messages.

With printers, such as my MF743, I can program the weight of the paper being used. I don't know if that extends to the LBP622Cdw.

If it doesn't, and the paper jam message keeps coming up, I'd give Customer Support a call to see if they can determine what the cause is. 🙂
