Bought the MF656Cdw new in September 2023 for home use and it has been working flawlessly.
Experienced a paper jam this evening, and when I opened the rear cover the paper was halfway in the fuser. In attempting to remove the piece of paper, it ripped and I can see a partial piece of paper still jammed in the fuser. I tried using tweezers to remove the paper, but the paper is really stuck and all I'm doing is tearing off small pieces.
Does anyone have instructions on how to remove the fuser so I can remove the rest of the paper, or any any recommendations on how to resolve this paper jam?
