Recently, when trying to print to our ImageClass LBP622cdw, we get an error stating there is no paper. The printer is picking the bypass drawer instead of the main. We can select the main on the printer and it prints fine. We are connected via wireless network. I have tried printing from HP and Dell with same issue. This just started happening 1-2 weeks back. Suggestions......

Hello,
If the printer is asking for the paper in another tray, you can try checking the set paper settings for the cassette and the main drawer. You can use the steps int the link HERE to see if the paper size/type for the drawer matches the paper size you are selecting in the print window on your computer.
