Apologies if this is in the wrong board, but I could use help with a problem arising with a newly acquired Imageclass D1620 printer. I recently purchased this printer second hand from a previous owner, and have now found that there is a pin locking some of the settings for the printer. I have already tried the default pin of 7654321 with no success. Is there any other solutions I should try? Would the support line assist me in a factory reset without the proof of purchase from them? Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.
