e161 403f error canon iPF8300 cannot move printhead

Good day, I have read online that the error is one that may require the printhead to change. My issue is that it wont let me get to the menu to select change printhead. Is there a manuel way that I can move the printhead for iPF8300 in order to get to the printhead? Thank you
