WSD driver missing? help.

My laptop will not let me download my canon printer. It says WSD driver missing. Can anyone help?

I'm using a Canon MF620CSeries and I'm using it wirelessly. I'm trying to install the printer on a dell using windows 7.

Are you using the latest driver?

I think WSD has something to do with Vista.
