Scanning with the MF8280Cw

I have a Canon MF8280Cw printer/Fax/Scanner. The printer is connected to my network and when logged in as a standard user the scanner dosn't seem to have acces to scan to the computer ( the computer no longer appears on the computer list at the machine). When logged in as Admin the scanner works fine. On both accounts printing works fine.

I'm running Win7 32bit

Hi. Did you ever find a solution to your problem? I'm having the same one. Any info/advice would be greatly appreciated. Keith

Nope only way i got it to work was make the account an admin account
