Hi All,
We have a new Canon 7570 III scanning to email all working fine, but the attachment is an Outlook Item with a PDF inside. How do I attach the PDF to theemail and not inside an Outlook Item?

We have 3 Image Runners all sending mail through Office 365. Received messages contain a .PDF attachment. As expected.
Can you describe your email configuration. In my experience, recived messages don't contain an Outlook Mail item with an embedded attachment.
Canon has excellent reseller support for your printer if you can't figure it out.
