My printer is not allowing me to change the ink cartridges that are low on ink. The printed documents show that the ink level is almost out but the printer itself is showing that the cartridge has more ink than it has and thus the cartridge is not moving into position to allow me to eject the old cartridge and replace it. I have turned the printer off and back on several times and that doesn't fix the problem. Any suggestions?

I’m having this exact same issue and I’m not able to find a resolution. Did you ever figure out how to change the cartridge?

Hello,
If the ink is printing like it is low, but the ink level is being read as full, it looks like there is something wrong with the tank or the way it is seated. You can try performing some deep cleanings to see if the print quality improves. This model would not slide the ink to the changing position if it does not detect that the ink is low to prevent ink spills during the changing process. If deep cleanings do not resolve the issue, it looks like the printer needs service or there are problems with the tanks.
