I am having some issues when printing C5 envelopes.
If I use the manual feed slot, envelopes print ok but I have to feed them one by one. However, if I use the paper drawer on the bottom of the printer to mass-print envelopes, I get an error on the screen that there are no envelopes.
In both cases, the same document with the same settings is printed from MS word - so there seems to be no issue from windows side.
I can see in the screen that the printer recognizes that in the tray there exists paper, and have also set the paper to ISO C5.
I was wondering if you had any suggestions how to solve this ?
